White Elmers Glue works fine Black Duck Tape Any heavy duty paper plate |
| Cut the paper plate and begin wrapping it onto the shoe. Go over it many, many times. |
| Douse your shoe in glue and begin to shake the glitter on. Repeat. |
| You can use a spray on shellac or if you wish have it, just use hair spray after the shoes dry. |
