This is a shrub rose that reaches four feet tall and is literally covered in blooms, big beautiful draping blooms cascading down like bunches of grapes trailing off to a single point.  They are like hundreds of rose corsages draped upon a rose shrub.
Candy Oh! is a relatively new rose introduced in 2008. This rose does very well in Texas and is supposedly cold hardy, too. This is a stunning, stunning shrub rose reaching four feet in height but easy contained to three feet. It is literally covered in these lovely draping blooms.

Technically this is a floribunda but it works as a low maintenance shrub rose. The color will be unique in your garden. I just do not have enough good things to say about this rose.

The Candy Oh! Vivid Red rose is a landscape shrub rose developed by Ping Lim and introduced through the Easy Elegance® rose series. Bred for low maintenance, high disease resistance, and repeat flowering, Candy Oh! is an excellent fit for Texas gardeners seeking color without intensive care. Its continuous clusters of single, vivid cherry-red blooms stand out against dark green, glossy foliage. It performs well across the state—from humid East Texas to the drier climates of Central Texas—thanks to its disease resistance and tolerance for heat and drought once established.

It does not require spraying and needs only basic pruning. It is a strong choice for those looking for mass appeal and minimal fuss in Texas conditions.
