Chuckles a Floribunda Rose for Texas

Shrub rose, pink and white rose, floribunda rose: Chuckles.

Chuckles, a floribunda, will be one of the last roses to bloom out in your spring garden.

The catalogs indicate this rose reaches only two feet in height.  I would say in Texas the height is more like three feet.  I would also say it will be twice as wide as it is tall at its maturity.  The gardening catalogs indicate it will be 1.5 percent as wide as it is tall.  I believe that is incorrect.
Chuckles, a Floribunda, is a later bloomer in Texas.  It is a wonderful rose.

This is a tried and true rose, introduced in 1958.
If you are considering a miniature rose, such as The Fairy, you might want to think how Chuckles might work in your mix!  It would be lovely with the purple sages and salvias.
